Beginner: Fitness training time is 0-2 years
Male: Squat less than 1.25 times of own weight, bench press less than 1 times of own weight, deadlift less than 1.5 times of own weight

Intermediate: Continuous and serious fitness training time for 2-5 years
Male: Squat 1.25-1.75 times of own weight, bench press 1-1.5 times of own weight, deadlift 1.5-2.25 times of own weight

Advanced: Continuous and serious fitness training for more than 5 years
Male: Squat greater than 1.75 times of own weight, bench press greater than 1.5 times of own weight, deadlift greater than 2.25 times of own weight
